| Please note: All sessions include a $100.00 order credit, this credit needs to be used within (30) days of initial shoot. We just started offering digital packages for those wanting high-res files these can be found on your proofing album under digital downloads. All sessions do include watermaked images of the photos that you order for your facebook page. Session Fee (1-4 people) $250.00 Includes a 1-2 hour sitting either in the studio or one of my exclusive shooting locations. Includes 2 outfits (looks) often I provide the clothing. Images are professionally edited and presented in a personal online album. This package also **includes a $100.00 credit with Karen Roberts Photography to use toward the purchase of products and prints with a $200 order min. (Orders under $200 do not include the order credit) Add $25 per additional person Newborn Session $275.00 Newborn photos should be scheduled for sometime during the baby’s first 10 days to ensure that we get those sleepy baby images! Please allow up to (2.5) two and a half hours for your newborn session, as sometimes it can take a while to get the baby to go to sleep.Boutique outfits provided. **Includes a $100.00 credit with Karen Roberts Photography to use toward the purchase of products and prints ($200 order min). The Baby Program $495.00 Sessions at 3,6,9, and 12 months of age or newborn, 4, 8, and 12 months. Online proofing with each session. (4) 60-90 minutes sessions (2) outfit changes per session Sessions can be in studio or outside at one of our exclusive locations. 4 11x14 linen (images of your choice), 1 from each session. 1 session can include family and siblings. The Baby Program plus Maternity Session Add a maternity session for $150 extra to the baby program. Senior Portraits $350.00 Includes up to a (2)two hour sitting either in the studio or at one of my exclusive locations ; Up to (4) four outfit changes, 50 custom graduation announcements. Order minumim required of $200 **Includes a $100.00 credit with Karen Roberts Photography to use toward the Purchase of products and prints with an order minimum of $200. Creative Session $600.00 This is the most creative of all sessions. Karen will work with you to create the theme and design your session. Boutique jewels and clothing will be provided for most. The session will last 2 hours and include online proofing for 2 weeks. This session includes a 16x24 Gallery Canvas Wrap. Policies Non-refundable Deposit of $75 required at time of booking.If you need to reschedule balance will be charged in full for the initial session date. Rescheduling requires 48 hours notification unless child is sick. Failure to show up for your session or call results in entire session being charged to your card on file. Balance due on session date. Online albums will be published for 2 weeks at the end of 2 weeks if you have not placed an initial order you must come into the studio to order. No cameras or video cameras are allowed at your photo session. Images are copyright of Karen Roberts Photography and cannot be entered in facebook contest or any other contest with out permission of the photographer. Images are kept on file for 6 months and 12 months if on the baby program. |
